Payment

I prefer Paypal. Please Note - you do not have to have an account with Paypal to make a payment online using your credit or debit card.

Postage

Prices include postage within the UK. International deliveries carry an extra charge which is made clear before paying when you select your destination.

More valuable items will be sent by either Royal Mail Recorded (min. cost £2.37) or Special Delivery (min. £4.95) both of which are included in the price. Both of these are a signed for service and Special Delivery is insured. If you need to specify a particular day for delivery please contact me on ordering.

If items fail to arrive, or are damaged in transit, then let me know immediately and I will contact the carrier for confirmation.

I will try my utmost to replace the item, although, due to the unique nature of some of the components, an exact replica may not be possible. Alternatively, you may prefer a refund.

Please Note - I will require return of any damaged items in order to make any insurance claim.

Returning Items

I hope that you are delighted with your handmade jewellery purchase. In the event that you are not please contact me within 48 hours to arrange a return and refund. The item must be in it's original condition, with packaging. Returns must be made by the method by which they were originally sent.

Please Note - I will not give a refund for specially designed handmade jewellery commissions, once they have been approved by the customer, or items that have been specially altered or re-sized.

If you wish to return earrings I will need to make a charge for new fittings before I can offer the items for re-sale (EU Hygiene Regulations).

Postage and packaging fees are not refundable.

Refunds will be made by the same method as your original payment.

This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

International Orders

Please note that Paypal is the only payment method accepted for overseas sales.  

Every effort is made to accurately depict the colour of items, but please be aware that some variation may occur due to different monitor resolutions and computer set ups.  

Privacy policy

I only use the information you provide to process your order and this information will not be shared with any outside parties. I do not disclose details of customers to any third party.

I hope these conditions appear fair - but I think it's important to be clear from the outset.
